Why Do We Ride?

  • Stress relief – being around horses and out in nature is soothing. 
  • Community – I love that my barn supports young kids to retirees.
  • Exercise – trust me, you burn a LOT of calories! 
  • Increased confidence – when you’ve mastered a particular skill with a 900 lb equine partner, suddenly giving a presentation isn’t that overwhelming.
